Sound is a powerful tool that can be utilized in energy work to move stagnant and disharmonious energy out of your field. A combination of sound healing tools that produce harmonious frequencies are used to restore balance in the bodies. Sessions vary in intensity and each individual responds their own way to sound. You may find yourself allowing the sound to take you on an inward journey, slip into a meditation or visualization, feeling the need to move and stretch the body, cry, dance, or even fall asleep. There is no rule book and the sound will move through you how you need. Quartz crystal singing bowls, solfeggio frequency tuning forks, and chimes are used during the sessions.
