Come join Morgan, from Lucid Element for Hatha yoga!

6-7pm on Mondays! 

Morgan holds her 200Hr, and additional trainings focused on Meditation and Holistic health. Being a Reiki Master Teacher as well, Morgan understands that the body, mind, and spirit all need our attention.

Morgan teaches Hatha yoga, and her classes are accessible to all body types, and skill levels. Morgan uses her intuition to write the yoga classes 24 hours prior to teaching, to make sure energy is current and meets the students needs who are coming. Our classes will vary with extras, like Mantra Meditations, and sound accompaniment. 

You can pay via Square, Venmo, Or Cashapp before class starts.

Drop in exchange is is $20-25 scale pay.

Morgan began her Yoga journey in her adolescence but didn’t flourish into being a teacher until fall of 2018! She obtained her 200hr certification while living on an Ashram immersed. Using her BA in education, experience of life, and her certifications Morgan decided to leave her corporate world and do something different. Moving from Colorado to Texas, Morgan and her Husband own and operate Lucid Element. Lucid Element sells high quality crystals and metaphysical tools. They have an office locally in SATX where they offer their energy work, and tools to the community. You can also catch them locally at Markets, including the Healing Bazaar that happens monthly at Nourish.
