
KI (yin yoga-qigong blend)
In KI class, you move by creating openness, lightness and grounding, ease, and flow. Qigong is for general health and releasing tension that we don’t even realize we carry while actively promoting greater good-feeling energy circulation. Yin Yoga will allow you to explore the poses and find how they fit your body, how they help you lengthen and expand and really feel your breath throughout your body. It’s a lovely experience for all abilities.
