A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that will ignite your senses. It intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY.

• We will be using a variety of instruments… the water drum, singing crystal bowl, harp, tongue drum, sitar, tambura, and a variety of soundscapes with ambient tones, and more.
• Experience a chakra activation as we tune into each corresponding chakra frequency and color.

If you are in need of healing, physical, emotional, or spiritual, this is a great time to set an intention, as we invite healing through the sound vibrations, breathing exercises and a guided healing meditation.

• The event will begin with a 10 minute breathing exercise to set the mood, calm the nervous system and synchronize breathing.
• A Restorative Yoga Flow follows, designed for deep relaxation, stress relief and chakra activation.
• We will complete the event with a guided visualization and meditation.
• Participants can expect to hear a full range of sounds and instruments for the length of the entire session.
