Tai Chi Class Noon-1pm
Tai Chi is one of the most valuable practices you can do for being centered and present in the world while being active. You will practice not only moving from the energy that you are, but you will be able to tap into the energy that is here everywhere and wanting to contribute to your Life. It is actually like life itself — complex and fun and challenging and intense at times.
Class taught by Theresa Cane, who has been a martial artist for over 30 years and been teaching Tai Chi for over 10 years.
