
KI (yin yoga-qigong blend)
KI class is a combination of Qigong (slow movement meditation) and Yin Yoga (a gentle yoga that stretches and opens the energy channels in the body). This creates openness, lightness, grounding, ease, and flow.
Qigong is for general health and releasing tension that we don’t even realize we carry while actively promoting the circulation of good-feeling energy.
Yin Yoga allows you to take time to explore the poses and discover how they fit your body. Through this, they help you lengthen, expand and feel your breath throughout your body. It’s a lovely experience for all abilities.
