Focused Awareness Meditation (Private or small groups): This class will give you the basics for beginning a practice. Renée will teach you the best way to sit…for you…and it doesn’t need to involve sitting on the floor! You will also learn breathing techniques that assist with relaxation and stress management. Each class will include a total body relaxation exercise which prepares your body for meditation. And you will learn to ignore that chattering mind using your Focused Awareness. The intention is for you to feel inspired and confident to continue a meditation practice and to be curious about the next steps. Each class builds on the previous class so it is important that you not miss.
