Vaginal steaming is an age-old natural remedy said to cleanse the vagina and womb, regulate menstruation and ease period cramps and bloating. It can assist with stress, mood, hemorrhoids, chronic infections, infertility, headaches, digestive issues and generalized pain. In a Yoni Steam session herbs will be steeped in hot water and placed under a stool where the receiver sits: allowing the steam to reach the vulva. Most women come away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated immediately, and surprised by the benefits that come later.

Pelvic Floor Resilience
Physical therapy for pelvic health is rehab and preventative management for issues affecting bowel, bladder, and sexual function. Pelvic health PT includes treating pelvic floor symptoms or pelvic pain during pregnancy and postpartum, after injury or surgery, and from chronic or acute conditions. An evaluation often includes assessing pelvic floor strength, mobility, and coordination. Prenatal care addresses back pain, joint pain, incontinence, constipation, birth prep, and more. Postpartum care includes rehab for birth injuries, prolapse, painful sex, diastasis recti, incontinence, and safe return to fitness. Pelvic health covers the entire lifespan, including restoring health and comfort after changes from menopause and cancer treatment.

At the center of our being exist the primal needs for connection and creation, and the practice of yoga can help us better understand these needs and how to fulfill them. Whether you are trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or have no desire to actually reproduce, caring for this part of our being is essential. In this workshop, learn movement and yoga practices to come home in your body, connect with your primal desires, and support your health holistically. Proper social distancing and other safety measures will be observed for this class, so space is limited. Be sure to claim your space soon!
